Homemade Orange Peel Infused Vinegar Cleaner

I have seen this homemade cleaner all over pinterest and decided to give it a try:)

Items needed:

1. Mason Jar with lid
2. Orange Peels
3. Vinegar

Put orange peels inside mason jar and pour vinegar over them.  Seal with lid.  Place in a dark area.  I put mine in the cabinet under the kitchen sink.  Every few days I would shake it up.  

Day One:

Day 21:

The picture is not that good but the peels are now a brownish color and there is bits and pieces of orange and the color has changed from clear to orange.

look at the color!  and the smell is less offensive than straight vinegar.  I put the orange peels in my garbage disposal!  I haven't tried cleaning with it yet.
